By accessing or using planpluse (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

planpluse is an AI-powered project management tool that helps users manage projects, tasks, and teams. The Service includes features like interactive Gantt charts, AI suggestions, and collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of planpluse and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall planpluse, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
